As a company we adhere to all conditions stated below and if you continue to browse through our website, purchase an item or register your personal details, you are giving your consent and accepting the terms and conditions that we set out. If you disagree with anything that you read, please do not use or purchase any products from our website.

Application of these Terms and Conditions. These terms and conditions of sale, together with our Delivery Policy (which can be found here), our Returns & Refunds Policy (which can be found here) and our Cookies Policy, will apply to all orders you place and any purchases which you make on this website regardless of how you have accessed our website.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing your order and you may wish to print a copy for your record. If you continue to browse through our website, purchase an item or register your personal details, you are giving your consent and accepting the terms and conditions that we set out.

We may occasionally amend these terms and conditions and you should check them each time you place an order.
Definitions. In these Terms and Conditions set “Conditions” means these terms and conditions. When the words “Company” or “We/Us” is used, we are referring to JCNB Crafts Ltd or JCNB and “Customer” or “You” means the customer of the company or the user of the website. “Personal Information” gathered, means the details provided by you on registration or at the point of purchase. This can be done by you browsing the “Website” - located at www.jcnbcrafts.com or any subsequent URL which may replace it or by “Cookies” which means small text files which our website places on your devices hard drive to store information about your shopping session and to identify your device. The “Contract” means any contract for sale of goods by the Company to the Customer. The “Goods” means any goods forming the subject of this contract including materials incorporated in them. We ask you to read these terms and conditions fully and gain an understanding.

Delivery. Our Parcels are sent with ParcelForce or Yodel - usually on a next working day service. As soon as we have shipped your item we will upload a tracking reference number (if applicable to your order) so you can track your item online. Please remember, most items we make are handmade and made to order, so the timescale to despatch your item will vary depending on the product you order. Please refer to this page here, for all information on delivery.
Damaged goods. At JCNB Crafts Ltd we pay extreme detail to package items appropriately to ensure they do not get damaged appropriately but sometimes accidents happen in transit. If a product has been damaged in transit and it is a replacement that you are after, please contact us by calling our phone number OR through the electronic email provided. We will then arrange for a new item to be sent out to you. The return of the damaged item will be OUR liability and we will have a return label sent out to you within 24-48 hours.
Returns. In accordance to the Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers have 14 days from the day of delivery to return any item that has not been tampered with, including, unopened, unused, undamaged and un-oiled products. We do have an exception to that policy and that is with Bespoke Products. Once work has commenced and an order has been placed, a bespoke order cannot be cancelled or refunded once received. Please make sure that you are 100% certain before placing an order. We are unable to accept any returns, refunds or exchanges of items that fall outside of the 14 day.
If you wish to return any goods, YOU MUST ensure that they are packaged adequately to protect against any further damage. Please use the original packaging and you will be advised on how to return the items once the label has been sent out to you. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned and it results in further damage or deterioration of the products, we will charge accordingly.
Refunds. If a refund is required due to being unsatisfied with the product, it is for you to inform us by electronic email within 14 days of receipt of the goods, so we can arrange a return and refund. In this case the cost of the return will be charged to THE CUSTOMER, including insurance of the product. Refunds will only be accepted for items that have not been tampered with, including, unopened, unused, undamaged and un-oiled products. All refunds will be processed within 24-72 hours of the items being returned.
Exchanges. We are unable to offer exchanges on products purchased unless they are faulty. If you find that you receive a product that isn’t right for you or you have simply changed your mind, the quickest way to exchange your product is to follow our returns process, receive your refund and order your replacement with us online.
Product Information. All of our products are subject to availability and JCNB Crafts Ltd reserves the right to withdraw any product at any time and/or remove or edit the content on our website. Despite our very best efforts to ensure our product information is current and correct, we cannot guarantee the absence of any errors on website. If there is an error in the product description, we will notify you ASAP. We will give you the option continue with the new information, or if unsatisfied, a full refund or should you wish to cancel your order, this option is available.
Images of our products, is offered to you as good representation of the product. If for reasons beyond our control the colour accurateness or size slightly differs from the product you receive, JCNB Crafts Ltd cannot be held responsible. Bespoke or personalised products may differ slightly from product imagery, this is due to the fact that our products are handmade and timbers differ. Please note that due to the nature of bespoke products, we are unable to offer refunds on these items unless they are found to be faulty. If you are ordering a pair or a set of products, we always advise you to order them together to ensure your items are made as similar as possible. We do try our very best to keep multiples as uniform as possible, but because everything is handmade, there will always be slight differences, this includes the colour and grain of the timber and final dimensions.
All products are made to order. Orders are made for the customer according to our works schedule. If the customer delays delivery or collection after the products have been made, storage of the goods is entirely at the customers’ risk. JCNB Crafts Ltd will not be held liable for any damage to the product, no matter how it was caused, however we will do our very best to store the items carefully. On purchase of our items, the customer agrees that timber is a natural product and is subject to movement. Movement during the period of storage is at the customers risk. The customer expressly agrees that JCNB Crafts Ltd is not liable for any movement, as we do not have the correct environmental storage to prevent such movement. JCNB Crafts Ltd reserves the right to revise prices and details at any time without any notice. If we list a product with the incorrect price due to an error, we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed prior to the order being delivered. We will always inform you, the customer, of any prices that we increase, and give you the option to cancel your order at no additional expense to you, the customer, and issue you a full refund. Goods are subject to availability. If the timber to make your order is out of stock or unavailable, we will let you immediately and inform you of the estimated delivery date. All timbers react differently when cut. The customer accepts that these variations in the timbers density and hardness are a natural part of the product, and it is not the fault of JCNB Crafts Ltd, we will always reasonable steps to avoid damage from this occurring. In certain circumstances, flaws and faults within the timber may be exposed during the manufacturing process. The customer accepts that this is a natural feature of the timber, and not the fault of JCNB Crafts Ltd. We will always do our best to rectify the situation, but we cannot be held liable for any defects exposed in this way. Your statutory rights of cancellation does not apply to any orders which are made to measure to your specifications (bespoke).
Discounts and Promotional Offers. Occasionally, we may offer special promotions (such as discounts or offers) on certain goods. We have the right to withdraw such promotions at any time and they may also be subject to time restrictions, availability and other terms and conditions. To avoid disappointment, please ensure you check the terms and conditions for a promotional offer before trying to redeem it. We may occasionally offer promotional discounts, with or without a promotion code. Promotions with codes are usually only valid for one transaction and once the code is used it will be deactivated and will no longer be valid. Promotions cannot be added to an order after the order has been completed and payment made. Please ensure that the voucher or code is registered before you confirm and pay for the goods. We are not responsible for promotions related to our goods where such promotions are published on external websites or other media.
Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions. Online gift vouchers are valid for lifetime but cannot be exchanged for cash or goods already supplied or ordered. If the goods purchased online total less than the value of the gift voucher, we'll leave any balance as a credit for you to redeem it against subsequent orders.
How to Pay. You can pay for goods on our website using a Visa, Mastercard, Delta or Maestro debit or credit card or PayPal or Clearpay. All transactions are charged in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) at checkout. You can also pay for your order with a JCNB Crafts Ltd gift voucher. During the checkout process you will be asked for your payment details. By completing these you are confirming that the debit or credit card is yours. All card payments are subject to authorisation by your card issuer. We will take full payment for your order immediately when your order is placed. Payment will be taken in British Pounds Sterling (GBP).
Other Important Terms. If we are unable to perform our obligations to you as a result of any event outside our control we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and we will take steps to minimise the effect of any delay. Provided we do this, our obligations to you shall be suspended for the duration of the event outside our control and we will not be liable for any delay caused by the event. If this affects our delivery of goods to you, we will arrange a new delivery date with you as soon as we are able to confirm this but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any goods you have paid for but not yet received.
This contract is between you and us. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms.
We may transfer our rights and obligations under any contract with you to another organisation. We will tell you in writing if this happens and we will ensure this does not affect your rights under that contract. You must not transfer any of your rights and obligations under any contract unless we agree.
Each clause of these terms and conditions is separate and if any court or relevant authority decides that any clause is unlawful or unenforceable, the other clauses will remain in full force and effect.
If we do not insist that you perform any of your obligations under these terms and conditions, or where we do not enforce or delay enforcing our rights, that will not mean that we have waived our rights nor that you do not have to comply with those obligations. If we do waive a default by you, we will only do so in writing, and that will not mean that we will automatically waive any later default by you.
These terms and conditions are governed by English law and the English courts shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction to hear any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms. This means you may bring a claim to enforce your consumer protection rights in connection with these terms and conditions in England or if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are a resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
