Hassle-Free Returns Policy at JCNB Crafts
At JCNB Crafts Ltd we pay extreme detail to produce and design products to the highest standard to ensure customers are happy with all items received. However, we do accept that sometimes the item that you’ve ordered might not be what you expected and we’re happy to accept returns.
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers have 14 days from the day of delivery to return any item that has not been tampered with, including, unopened, unused, undamaged and un-oiled products. We do have an exception to that policy and that is with Bespoke Products. Once work has commenced and an order has been placed, a bespoke order cannot be cancelled or refunded once received. Please make sure that you are 100% certain before placing an order. We are unable to accept any returns, refunds or exchanges of items that fall outside of the 14 day period.
Returns - To initiate the returns process, a customer will need to notify us as soon as possible with their wishes for return. If a product has been damaged in transit and it is a replacement that you are after, please contact us by calling our phone number OR through the electronic email provided. We will then arrange for a new item to be sent out to you. The return of the damaged item will be OUR liability and we will have a return label sent out to you within 24-48 hours. If the item is not faulty and you wanted to return the item because of a change in mind, the cost of the return is the CUSTOMERS liability.
Exchanges - We are unable to offer exchanges on products purchased unless they are faulty. If you find that you receive a product that isn’t right for you or you have simply changed your mind, the quickest way to exchange your product is to follow our returns process, receive your refund and order your replacement with us online.
Missing items - In the unlikely event that there are items missing from your order, you must notify us by email or phone within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. We cannot accept responsibility for items that are missing if a report is not made within 24 hours.
Refunds - If a refund is required due to being unsatisfied with the product, it is for you to inform us by electronic email within 14 days of receipt of the goods, so we can arrange a return and refund. In this case the cost of the return will be charged to THE CUSTOMER, including insurance of the product. Refunds will only be accepted for items that have not been tampered with, including, unopened, unused, undamaged and un-oiled products.
If you wish to return any goods, YOU MUST ensure that they are packaged adequately to protect against any further damage. Please use the original packaging and you will be advised on how to return the items once the label has been sent out to you. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned and it results in further damage or deterioration of the products, we will charge accordingly.
All refunds will be processed within 24-72 hours of the items being returned.
